What Rumfa is

Rumfa is a platform that connects buyers with vendors in Suleja. Rumfa is not the seller of any product and does not hold or process payments. Buyers pay vendors directly.

Vendors

Vendors are responsible for their products, prices, descriptions, delivery and, for food, food safety and hygiene. Vendors must be verified by phone and ID or CAC certificate before their store goes live.

Prohibited items

No weapons, drugs, alcohol sold to minors, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or anything illegal in Nigeria.

Orders, cancellations and expiry

Each store sets its cancellation policy; food orders can't be cancelled. A pending order expires if the vendor doesn't send it within the store's delivery period, or 24 hours. Buyers can have at most 2 pending orders at a time.

Reviews and conduct

Only buyers who received an order can review it. Rumfa may hide abusive reviews, suspend stores and block accounts that break these terms, including after vendor reports.
